From raw materials to finished products
Each closure goes through a strictly regulated technological cycle under continuous quality control.
Incoming Raw Material Control
Incoming control of all types of raw materials used in the production and packaging of closures is carried out.
Stamping of Closures
High-speed and precise stamping is carried out on an automatic press with a capacity of up to 2000 closures per minute. Using vacuum suction cups, the already printed sheets are fed into the stamping machine, where pre-positioning of the sheets takes place for precise stamping.
Compound Forming
After stamping, the closures are fed to a forming machine, into which melted raw material is fed by extrusion in exact portions, and a compound is formed using special molds.
Production of Tamper-Evident Rings (MASK CLOSURES)
The production of plastic rings from polyethylene is carried out on thermoplastic machines. A high-speed machine, thanks to a high-precision mold, produces 48 identical plastic rings in one cycle.
Final Assembly (MASK CLOSURES)
Plastic rings and stamped closures with a compound are fed to the assembly conveyor, and their final assembly takes place on a special machine.
Quality Control and Testing
In addition to the quality department, CVC inspection cameras are installed at various stages of production, allowing us to achieve maximum product quality.
Warehousing and Shipping
Batch marking is present on every box. Closures are stored in hermetically sealed boxes in plastic bags. All necessary warehouse conditions are maintained in accordance with standards.
